Detailed Cancellation Terms
- Full Refund Eligibility: Cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and you will receive a 100% refund of your total purchase amount, including any shipping fees paid.
- Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: If you request cancellation more than 24 hours after payment confirmation (but before your order is shipped), a partial refund will be issued. This refund covers the full shipping cost plus 50%–90% of the product price; a restocking fee of 10%–50% will be deducted to cover material preparation and processing costs.
- No Cancellations Post-Shipment: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted. If you no longer wish to keep the item upon delivery, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.
